When I saw this on weelicious.com I knew I had to share this with you. I've seen a lot searches for quinoa recipes on my blog and here's one from one of my favorite yummy mummy's Catherine McCord.
We eat a lot of quinoa in our home so this is a full protein, healthy meal for your little one. Enjoy!
Ingredients: (Makes 2 Servings)
3 Tbsp Cooked Quinoa (follow cooking instructions on the packaging)
1 Tbsp Whole Milk Yogurt
1. Place all the banana in a bowl and mash.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
* Instead of banana try apple sauce or pureed peaches, blueberries, strawberries etc. You have the base of the recipe here so you can explore. Even try mashed banana with ground chicken in this.
