Favorite Store, Pistachio

Sunday, August 29, 2010

There are some delightful new finds just in time for back to school at eco-green store, Pistachio in the heart of Yonge and Eglinton and I had the pleasure to have Kena, Pistachios buyer to show me whats new!

Also, just for Everything Mom and Baby readers, go to Pistachio's store and tell them you saw them on Everything Mom and Baby and you will save 20% off your back to school and kid products!  Valid until September.11, 2010
~Thank you Pistachio for offering this to my readers!
They also have a great selection of natural skin care, eco-chemical free cleaners for the home, the best eco doggy toys to adorable infant products like honey dumplings, teething bonbon, GloBaby and Kinderville.

Why use plastic and paper bags that'll be thrown in the garbage? Spend a little now and you will never have to throw garbage out again and you'll be contributing to the Earth by teaching your kids the benefits of a waste free lunch.

The Lunch Kits
Some my favorites that I saw at the store were brands such as Kid Konserve, LunchBots, GoGreen Lunch Box and reusable bags from Canadian company Keep Leaf.

I think my favorite is the fashionable, durable lunch bags from Fluf, they also make beautiful, organic lunch bags with a phthalate free liner on the inside.  Washable, Wipeable and Rinseable!
I desperately want a Fluf bag of my own, love this reversible bag the slouchy!

For colouring you have Clementine natural, soy based wax crayons, paint, markers and play dough
and Twig pencils($19.99)

It's exclusive to Everything Mom and Baby so when you go there you won't see a sale sign, just mention my blog when you cash out and please let your friends and family know too :)

Love this post, thank you!!!

I'm a Canadian mum, but living in Texas now. I actually write a bento blog (3 years & then some now); I love knowing what is available in Canada too. Whenever we are back home, I try to center the posts using products available there!
