What is so wonderful about this book?
The variety of recipes and ingredients. It is such a fabulous book because of the creativity that has gone into making this amazing cookbook. All recipes were tasted and created by Anni and her beautiful family.
With such recipes as Peanut Butter and Chocolate Classic one of the healthy ingredients is wheat germ, Mexican Spiced Fire Pops has kale in it, Sore Throat Soother is made up of chamomile and honey, one of our favorites is the Yellow Goodness which consists of yellow squash, cantalope and mango! Green Machine is pretty cool too with raw spinach and flaxseed but wait then there's a recipe for quinoa! The Quinoa Pop is lovely with blueberriers, banana's, yogurt and quinoa! Pure Sunshine was our first that we tested and my tot loved the combination of strawberries, lemons, mint & honey.
So that is just a little sampling of some of the fabulous Ice Pop Joy
It's broken down into 7 categories: Pure Fruit Pops, Veggie Pops, Yogurt Pops, Tofu Pops, Herbal Tea Pops, Chocolate Pops and Specialty Pops. It's a 144 pages of ultimate healthy goodness for your family.
Sounds good doesn't it? Do you want one for your self?

I've posted your wonderful giveaway on my facebook wall, as instructed.
I'm already an avid follower of Everything Mom & Baby.
I love homemade ice pops! I even had to replace the old toxic-laden plastic one from the 70's my mother used to use with a new updated BPH-free version so I can continue the tradition...
My favourite homemade flavour is Mango/strawberry.
Anything with Mango in it for that matter!
Thanks,
Rima

We tend to make a lot of apple juice popsicles but when we feel like putting a bit more effort into it we like to make one that is blueberry juice for the top 1/3. Then freeze that a bit then we mix plain yogurt with some blueberry juice and fresh blueberries from the yard for the rest.

I loved the article "the importance of play" I get this mag in my email and just love it. This article talks about how its so important to just allow kids to play and use their imagination rather than silly toys. They need to get out and get dirty to develop. Just perfect! amymccarty@hotmail.com

I haven't made popsicles in a long time, but I used to make strawberry. I would love to get my hands on this book!! I try to make just about everything homemade, organic, and we have lots of food allergies. And with avg temps above 100 lately...would be perfect! ;)

Recently read an article on bamboo mag about doulas, which we are hoping to look into as we prepare for a VBAC-2 soon (not preggers yet, but planning ahead!). Was a great article that I bookmarked to share with hubby.
