A few details ~

1. Winner must reside in Toronto or anywhere in the GTA, and including Markham, Newmarket, Oshawa, Pickering, Brampton, Richmond Hill, Whitby, London, Hamilton, Milton and Burlington.

2. Winner must agree to book their Family Photo Session date by March 31, 2012. Session date must occur by November 30, 2012. No exceptions.

3. Session covers up to 5 family members only. Each additional member is charged an additional fee of $25. Winner agrees to pay for shipping cost of Digital Collection (estimated at $25).

4. Giveaway has no cash value and can not be combined with any other promotion or offers. No transfers permitted.

5. Winner must agree to sign a model release form allowing photographer Diana Nazareth and Everything Mom and Baby to feature winner’s session images on their respective websites and blogs.
