Like most people (although sometimes I wonder), I've been brushing my teeth all my life. At least since I've had them. When I was young there were some cool kids with electric toothbrushes. I just had the plain old manual type, so I begged my parents to get me a new and exciting one.  After a few uses, I went back to my old standby. The electric brushes didn't do much more than a regular brush except run out of batteries. This trend of trying the new fancy brushes and being less than impressed lasted me well into adulthood. There are several different types of brush heads you can get, but the FlossAction head really does the trick for me!
I was using a specific whitening toothpaste with my old brush, and didn't really get the results I was looking for, but with the whitening mode (there are 5 modes for different needs!) on the SmartSeries, the motion of the brush head polishes and whitens more quickly and noticeably with any type of toothpaste that just has a whitening component!  It also removes up to 99.97% plaque.

When I first began with the SmartSeries I was brushing too hard, as if I was still using a manual toothbrush, so the pressure sensor lit up on the brush and stopped the pulsations until I eased up a little -- this brush literally does most of the work.

Do you ever sing a little song in your head to time your brushing?  Well now you can think about more important things because the SmartGuide that accompanies the SmartSeries 5000 times your brushing, tells you when to move to the next part of your mouth, shows you the different modes you can use, lets you know if you are using too much pressure, and gives the signal when you are done. My teeth and gums feel rejuvenated and look whiter and healthier. It's the closest thing to a non-scary dentist tool that I've seen, and it does the job just as well!
