I am in my 8th month of pregnancy and my sleeping has been a bit erratic. I have novo pillows through out our flat and once my head hits the novo microgel fibre, I can get that good 1-2hr nap when I need to rest as the twins are growing and need me to rest.
I want to talk about is their novopure Talalay pillow. It is an interesting pillow because it's made from natural materials such as 100% natural latex and Organic cottons. Their 100% natural latex comes from renewable resources.
Now the only thing that took getting used to was when it's brand new and out of the bag you might smell the natural rubber. I wasn't a fan of that as I rested my head on it but I'm pregnant so my sense of smell is heightened. I was told to remove the cover, let the pillow air out and to wash it before putting it back in the pillow case. It has helped, this has turned out to be pregnancy support pillow that I sleep with between my legs. I do love it as it makes its way up to arms as I am a pillow hugger.
Another pillow worth taking about is the Cool Max. It's a memory foam pillow. If you know someone that likes that type of pillow I highly suggest you tell them about it. Why? This memory foam pillow does not produce any off-gass nor use chemicals that are harmful to the environment. I first came across memory foam pillows and their off gassing properties watching Market Place, with Eco guru Adria Vasil. You can see what they say about another popular brand here and it's not good. It's actually quite eye opening and I am so glad we have Novo pillows in our home.

What can I say? It's my favourite for a good nights sleep. It's soft yet firm and made with Celliant as well but differently. I like how they recommend pillows based on your sleeping position, I like that I don't have to worry about dust mites, I like the science behind every pillow and I like that it's hypoallergenic.

I always wake up with such a sore neck - I'm sure this pillow would help. Now I wish I could go take a nap! :)
Pillows are so important! They're 20% of your sleep - back when I used to sell beds I would learn so much about that kind of stuff. I cringe when I hear about people buying $10 ones at Walmart. Those ones have to be tossed every few months where a good pillow will last.
we tend to go through a lot of pillows around here, but in all honesty I love a nice flat one. I sleep on my tummy so I don't use a pillow a lot or need a flat one. But for reading in bed I like a big comfy one.
