Check out The Kids Niagara Package at Courtyard Marriott #Niagara Falls

What can I say about our experience at the Courtyard Marriott? As I reflect what comes to mind is when I first walked in I was greeted with smiles.  Do you know how refreshing that it? I wish all places greeted a guest like that.  Whether your walking into a boutique or restaurant.  It's a lost art of customer service that is slowly disappearing.  But that's the difference in hospitality at the newly renovated Courtyard Marriott

As you may know we recently reviewed the spectacular Santa Fe Sport by Hyundai.  We thought we should go on a road trip to Niagara Falls.  Charlie hasn't seen the falls and we were just going to go for the day.  Lo and behold I get a message from the Courtyard Marriott that they would like us to be a guest and it was like....kismet.

We packed everything up for a nights stay and off we went. Weren't we pleased to see a Keg located right in the hotel(Mmmmm Keg Caesars and prime rib!)and one of the pleasures awaiting us was a welcome package with a $25 gift card to The Keg.  Reservation time!
It also contained lovely treats, a fantastic book set in Niagara Falls and Mill St Organic beer and a bottle or red.

The staff could not have been more helpful.  It is not often people are happy to see a family featuring a 4 yr old and a double stroller!  The concierge, Mary was particularly awesome.  She came to the rescue after I had lost my iPhone adapter to plug in to the wall. About 10 minutes later she found one and GAVE it to me. I was so touched by that level of customer service.
The room-or suite actually was very clean, comfy and spacious!  They even provided two pack n' plays for the girls to sleep in.  It was absolutely fantastic as there was a living room area and a bedroom area so we could have our space need be.  Visit Niagara Falls Family Package for a peak.
We were located just a sort walk to all the action from the SkyWheel to the tourist attractions and Falls.
When we made it back we lounged by the pool(indoor and outdoor and with a jacuzzi).  My husband is a sun fiend and could have stayed by the pool the whole day. I wish we could have sneaked in another day just to spend at the hotel pool.
But we couldn't spend the whole night there so we popped over to The Keg for dinner and no eye rolling as we entered. But who was I kidding? After we ordered we had a minor baby melt down and they packaged our food up and took it to our suite.  It was still awesome!
You know what else was nice.  The morning buffet. Belgium waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, fresh orange juice at your table, fresh fruit, yogurt....absolutely great!  The buffet is held in The Keg.

Guest services was great. Not only with us but I watched them with everyone and they interacted professionally, welcoming and warm.
It's not easy traveling with 3 small children but when you're met with smiles and a genuine attitude it's all worth it.
I do hope that if you plan a trip this Summer or a fun staycation do visit the Courtyard Marriott in Niagara Falls.  It was a total 5 star experience.

Honestly, the way to my heart and my loyalty is to have great customer service. It makes you want to come back for sure. If it is applied through the hotel chain that is a bonus. Thanks for the review.

That's awesome that you had a fun time and they provided great customer service. I think it's harder and harder to find that these days. We recently stayed at a Ramada and had a horrible experience. I'll definitely be looking into a Marriott the next time we travel.

Check out the packages that are available on the website. We go here every year and wouldn't stay anywhere else.
