Fort Kids is here bringing quality and comfort in children apparel so your kids can run around in durable, stylish and Made in Canada clothing. What’s the difference you may ask? Well for one I love the quality and design of Fort Kids. It’s not your typical kids apparel that I find to be an eyesore from time to time but a line that captures nature, kids, organic and sustainable clothing that embraces the great outdoors in it’s neutral, earthy colours.
Fort Kids sac dresses are simply eye-catching, traditional in design with a European flare. $75 Wear them with leggings or shorts for a splash in the puddles.
The Anorak Pup jacket comes in three colours. I love this deep green which reminds me of the forest. We live right by the ravine in midtown Toronto and I see calm & nature whenever I look at this jacket. Priced $160, it’s flannel lined, organic and for rain or shine!
I love Fort Kids denim(on sale!), their hemp pants but their Swing Dress, $75 is just so, I don’t know what-“IT!” for Spring and Summer ’16 and my little’s got to get in on the experience of Fort Kids clothing themselves.
Why we love Fort:
My kids move freely, the clothing is age appropriate in the sense that it’s not form fitting. It’s made using quality wool, cotton, hemp and french terry. Instead of looking like mini-adults which are cute I know, but I feel Fort has brought back the basics in kids apparel with a punch of Canadiana. I can’t get enough of the Anorak jackets. Local, handmade quality clothing appeals to me and I love dressing my kids in this style. I love telling you about brands that you may not know about.
