Last weekend I hosted a girls night. A much-needed visit with some friends and since getting out isn’t always easy I put out a favourable spread. I made dips, ratatouille, charcuterie and a tasty cheese board. Everyone loved the sundried tomato basil dip so I thought I’d share the recipe in case you want to try it. I love making dips!
