I have something fun to share with you today!  A very cool creativity set from our friends at Crayola have brought animation to life with the Crayola Magic Scene Creator which includes a magic scene creator unit(3 AA batteries are required), a great variety of 70 action cards and 6 gel fx markers.

In a nutshell here are the details on the Crayola Magic Scene Creator:

• Turn still pictures into animated scenes with this cool creative activity!
• Comes with 70 action cards in 5 unique themes! (animals, fantasy, mix and match, special fx, mystery)
• Built-in storage for cards and “kickstand” to display your scenes.
• Drawings easily wipe clean with a damp cloth.

From the moment we received this from Crayola, the kids have been all over it.  Instead of taking tablets to restaurants with us, we bring this.  I find it entertaining, creative and you can store everything in the back, yes it has a cover.  Each of the twins has one and they even share with their big brother, who is a big fan of this.  I LOVE seeing their creations come to life and I think you would too. 
You can choose your creative animation to move at two different speeds, it does make a little bit of noise as well. You can view my video on Instagram just hover over the image to see it in action when you press play.   It’s a really fun way to get creative.

The variety of the 70 tiles that it comes with is pretty good as you can have fun putting images together.  For the tiles to work effectively, I’ve found they have to be parallel to the backlit screen.   The markers wipe off easily which is a great feature and I like how it can stand out.
