What can I say about our experience at the Niagara Falls Hotels? As I reflect what comes to mind is when I first walked in I was greeted with smiles. Do you know how refreshing that it? I wish all places greeted a guest like that. Whether your walking into a boutique or restaurant. It’s a lost art of customer service that is slowly disappearing. But that’s the difference in hospitality at the newly renovated Courtyard Marriott.
As you may know we recently reviewed the spectacular Santa Fe Sport by Hyundai. We thought we should go on a road trip to Niagara Falls. Charlie hasn’t seen the falls and we were just going to go for the day. Lo and behold I get a message from this Niagara Falls Hotelt that they would like us to be a guest and it was like….kismet.
We packed everything up for a nights stay and off we went. Weren’t we pleased to see a Keg located right in the hotel(Mmmmm Keg Caesars and prime rib!)and one of the pleasures awaiting us was a welcome package with a $25 gift card to The Keg. Reservation time!
It also contained lovely treats, a fantastic book set in Niagara Falls and Mill St Organic beer and a bottle or red.
The staff could not have been more helpful. It is not often people are happy to see a family featuring a 4 yr old and a double stroller! The concierge, Mary was particularly awesome. She came to the rescue after I had lost my iPhone adapter to plug in to the wall. About 10 minutes later she found one and GAVE it to me. I was so touched by that level of customer service.
