Diffusing with Edens Garden~ A gift from nature

I’ve discovered new essential oils and beautiful diffusers by Edens Garden.  Also, they make special blends just for kids and they have wonderful DYI’s that you can explore and do yourself and so much more!  Aromatherapy is like a gift from nature. Fragrant flowers, energizing air from towering trees, don’t you just love the aroma when out for a walk from lilac trees?  Essential oils are extracted from plants, shrubs, trees, flowers, seeds, roots, and grasses.  These oils contain the essential life force of plants.  When we blend these beautiful essential oils from Edens Garden, they create the most enjoyable and effective products imaginable.  As an example, when using essential oils you can use them for massage, deodorants, skin and hair care, diffused into the air, or misted.  You can surrender yourself to tranquility in a bath, a foot bath, or a jacuzzi.  Using essential oils is not only effective but the sense of smell can touch you in a way spiritually(hello, Frakinsence!), physically, and emotionally.  What are some of your favorite essential oils?

The best oil diffuser I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few over the years but I find with the Edens Garden Terrazo Stone is it’s clean, simple lines, it fits into the decor of my home, it’s the largest in capacity so I don’t have to refill every half hour and I can get the benefits of aromatherapy throughout my home.  It can simply diffuse from 1-8 hrs and it turns off by itself when the water runs out. It’s beautiful.   I love their essential oils as my own aromatherapist nose, knows and they are simply of quality.

You see those adorable bottles pictured above?  Those are just some of their absolutely lovely essential oils for children.  Simply mix them with your preferred carrier oil to apply/massage.  The Synergy Blends are captivating!  I was intrigued by the blends as they were developed by Aromatherapist, Sylla Sheppard-Hanger and essential oil chemist, Dr. Robert Pappas, with both safety and aromatherapeutic benefits in mind.   Dilute to 1% in a carrier oil or scent-free lotion and apply to the affected area.   Head over to their blog and learn how to make a DIY for your kid’s growing pains.

I’m definitely intrigued to try more of their other synergy blends as well as their essential oils.  They are extremely affordable and they’ve found a new customer in me. I need to get my hands on their Roman Chamomile as I like to use that on my skin mixed with Sweet Almond Oil and I use it for my kids to massage into their tummy if they have an ache, need to relax and soothe, and to heal skin scrapes and such.  What’s also great is they ship to Canada and if you want to start making your own products at home, they have all the supplies you need to get you started.
