Can I master the macaron?

When I got this amazing set I was so delighted. Now below I am going to share with you, Madeleines. These were the best ones I have ever baked. They are elegant, they are between cake and cookie and make the perfect baking treat to give due to the elegance of the shells.
Blueberry Honey Madeleines
7 1/2 tbsp of unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing
3/4 cup of flour
1/2 tsp of salt
3 medium eggs
1/4 granulated sugar
3 tbsp of Blueberry Honey (or lavender honey)
grated zest of 1 lemon
sifted powdered sugar for dusting
Preheat the oven to 375F, generously grease the madeleine tins with soft butter.
Sift the flour and salt together. Melt the stick of butter and set aside to cool slightly.
Break the eggs into the bowl. Add the granulated sugar and honey. Whisk with an electric beater for at least 5 minutes until pale and creamy.
Gently fold the flour and lemon zest followed by the melted buttered, taking care not to deflate the mixture.
Spoon a scant tablespoon of the mixture into each buttered madeleine tin, bake for 7-10 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
Remove from oven and immediately unmold onto a wire rack to cool. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
