I am so thrilled to be part of the Lego Play Agents. So thrilled as Lego is my new favorite interactive toy for kids. What makes LegoDuplo so perfect? No flashing lights and no annoying sounds! The only sounds I like to hear when my child is playing is my child’s own sounds. Imagination play is where it’s at for us.
This is our first time playing with Lego Duplo and my son can easily spend an hour or more just with himself and his Lego Duplo. Win/win right?
I have peace and quiet while he plays. He learns through focus which is new for me to see him so focused on what he is building as he is playing with Lego and has no distractions. To be honest he lost interest quite quickly with the loud gimmicky toys we have so I really noticed how long he spent with his new Lego Duplo.
He loves to build, imagine/create and make his own sounds and comments as he plays.
Here’s what we got from Lego Duplo : LEGO® DUPLO® Large Brick Box
I also included LEGO DUPLO icons that show’s the benefits of playing with LEGODUPLO.

and the LEGO DUPLO Market he got for his birthday recently.
1) Now if you’re looking for a little inspiration, have your child come over to the computer and check out these great video’s for new ways to build.
2) Also here is a great FREE app from LEGODUPLO! They’ve said it best. “So many ways to play”
Did you know…
Every playtime can use a good soundtrack
According to research conducted by Harris Interactive for LEGO Systems:
55% of children are happier when music is coupled with play
50% are more excited to play when they hear music
43% of children act sillier when music is coupled with play
4) Learning through Play Project.
Starting on October 3rd, LEGO DUPLO and the Canadian Library Association (CLA) will be hosting The Great Learn Through Play Project where you can nominate your favorite / local library, and win! 13 libraries across this great country of ours will win $500 in LEGO DUPLO products to help promote learning through play, and 13 lucky people will win $350 in LEGO DUPLO products, simply for nominating a library. Great review and post! My youngest and I played with a Lego set this week (not sure if it was Duplo but they were bigger pieces than usual). We had a great time building our house. Love Lego!

Love it! EVERY kid needs Lego DUPLO! I remember building houses with Lego as a kid. Then my brothers and cousins would destroy my Lego houses and want to build something else. Lego always makes me think of my childhood.
