Recipe of the Day for Toddler- Chickpea Snack

I don’t know about you but I have a little man that likes to feed himself so I’m making him a snack right now and I thought I would share it with you.

1/2 can of Chickpeas also known as Garbanzo (buy Eden Organic as their cans are BPA free or buy dried ones and follow the directions if you are using dried chickpeas)
2 Celeries, chopped
6 Little Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
olive oil
Vegetable seasoning stock, just for flavour (organic and MSG free) or use whatever you like
Sour cream(for dipping)

Always try to buy organic if you can.
Add olive oil to pan and saute chickpeas for about 5 minutes, add chopped celery, add chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle a little of the Veggie stock for flavour.  Cumin is yummy as well.
Saute until cooked through and serve in a bowl with sour cream for dipping.
