The ultimate DIY Caesar Bar #Canada150

This post is sponsored by, all opinions are always my own.

Nothing brings a crowd together or starts a party better than Canada’s iconic beverage, The Caesar and this Canada Day, why not wow your guests with the ultimate DIY Caesar Bar?!  I love a good Caesar and if you follow me along social media you’ll see at least one posting every couple of weeks as it’s a way I like to start the weekend off too.  Plus, it’s really a liquid salad, am I right?!   Also, it’s the ultimate way to kick off the summer.

The Ultimate Caesar Bar Tips: Use the best ingredients!
The Juice!
So what do you include in your Caesar?  Well, I like to offer guests a variety of tomato juices.  I had French’s Caesar which is a little sweeter and our friends didn’t care for it, Clamato is thinner and tasty and the classic but it has MSG(YUCK!) and PC Sriracha Tomato Clam juice offers a nice spice and balanced flavour for you spicy lovers.   Walters is OK, thickish and I found it didn’t mix as well, but a better alternative to the above.  I have even just enjoyed just a simple can of tomato juice(yes, Bloody Mary) Make sure you have lots of ice too.

Seasoning & Garnishes!
Next is the seasoning, I like the Caesar rims that you can buy at any grocery store, the Worcestershire, a fine selection of different hot sauces and garnishes.  Oh, the delicious garnishes!

Jumbo shrimp
blue cheese stuffed olives
Havarti cheese
grape tomatoes

Oh and don’t forget a good Canadian vodka this Canada Day. I love my local from Ontario, crafted vodka distillers, Beattie’s.

Now that you have your DIY Caesar bar down how about some Made in Canada decor that you can easily find on!    Get your backyard ready with some of these fabulous fun finds to show off your Canadiana, you can find something on their Canada Day Blow Out Sale page.  How awesome is this retro cooler?  I hope you love this idea.  It’s even a great way to have brunch.  If you make your own DIY Caesar bar, I hope you’ll tag me and invite me!

Now, who wants a Caesar?!
Did you know that the Caesar was created in Calgary in 1969?! Walter Chell from the Calgary Inn was asked to create a signature drink for the Inn’s new Italian Restaurant.   Also, did you know that May.18 is National Caesar Day!
